System Of A Down And Tool Lead 2019 Chicago Open Air Festival

The Chicago Open Air Festival is the latest event to reveal its 2019 lineup, with System of a Down and Tool heading up the two-day concert event the weekend of Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19. Chicago Open Air will take place at SeatGeek Stadium (formerly Toyota Park) in Bridgeview, Ill., just outside of Chicago.

System of a Down will close out the Saturday (May 18) festivities, with Ghost, Meshuggah, Beartooth, Code Orange, Knocked Loose and Vein also set to play; and Tool will wrap up the music weekend on Sunday (May 19) after sets from The Prodigy, Gojira, In This Moment, Fever 333, The Black Dahlia Murder and Alien Weaponry.

Tickets for Chicago Open Air will go on sale this Friday (Dec. 14) at 12N CT.  More ticket information and further details can be foudn on the official Chicago Open Air website.
